WHERE THERE'S SMOKE, THERE'S SPIRIT
The Hut Whisky palate is overall full bodied and balanced, with caramel, spicy, floral as well as peat and smoke. It draws its character from charred red wine barriques aged 3.5-4 years resulting in a wonderful gold to caramel colouring and flavour and wonderful balance of spicy and sweet notes.

Each expression has a similar basic character, Barrique 144 has individual notes of smoke and peat.
BARRIQUE 110
Each expression has a similar basic character, Barrique 110 has notes of floral and toffee.
BARRIQUE 148
Each expression has a similar basic character, Barrique 148 has caramel and a bit of sweet heat.

Each expression has a similar basic character, in Barrique 106 you can find a honey nose and notes of fresh cut hay in with a bold caramel expression.
The journey started in 2016 with the idea to open a craft distillery in Bragg Creek. In early 2018 Two Pine Ventures was formed and the company bought over an acre of land at the entrance of Bragg Creek.
Working with past, and present partners and investors, the plans for developing a state of the art distillery, tasting and sales centre is still being pursued. As it develops, we have opened the current tasting and sales centre in Bragg Creek and are actively working on developing an interim production centre in Calgary.
